About Us
Engineering IT Shared Services is the primary IT services provider for Engineering at Illinois. Its mission is to ensure that all faculty, students and staff in the College have easy and well supported access to the information and educational technology services they require.

For all assistance inquiries, from general to detailed, please contact the Engineering IT Help Desk at engrit-help@illinois.edu or 217-333-1313. Comments can also be sent through the Engineering IT Help Desk form.
Assistance is also available in person at:
- 2302 Siebel Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
Security problems
Questions regarding security issues should be addressed to engrit-security@illinois.edu. Concerns can be submitted through the Engineering IT Security form.
