Engineering Days

Sponsored by student-run Engineering Council, high school students spend the day on campus, attend classes, visit labs, and meet current engineering students. Overnight visits are also available.

Engineering Days are held on specific dates during the academic year and there is a fee.

Women In Engineering: All AbΩut Engineering

Admitted female students in Engineering are invited by the women of Alpha Omega Epsilon Professional and Social Engineering Sorority to a weekend at Illinois. You’ll get to know campus, listen to lectures, become acquainted with your department, and have fun!

All AbΩut Engineering is held in April and there is a fee.

Student Introduction to Engineering (SITE)

Student Introduction to Engineering (SITE) is a 3 day fun and interactive informational program offered to high school seniors possessing a genuine interest in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois. Invitations are distributed in December to the top early admits. Every year over 100 students take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about and even experience life as an engineering student here at Champaign-Urbana.
